2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform used for purchase, including:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for previously billed periods.
3. One-Time Purchases
Coin packages and other non-recurring digital purchases are considered immediately consumed digital content and are generally non-refundable once delivered.

- 2500 Coins — $19.99 USD
- 7000 Coins — $49.99 USD
- 15000 Coins — $99.99 USD
Virtual currency:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for money
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
4. Regional Consumer Rights
United Kingdom
Consumers located in the UK may have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days under applicable law.

Consumers in the EEA or Switzerland may have statutory withdrawal rights for qualifying digital services.

5. Exceptional Refund Requests
